How the static forms work
The forms in this HTML package prepare an email in your normal email application. Nothing is submitted automatically through the website. Information is only received when you choose to send that email.
Why information is used

- To create, check and maintain directory profiles
- To investigate inaccurate or outdated information
Sharing and retention
